This area of activity is the main focus, as racing at the track is what makes most of fun. From university times until now, I was involved in multiple race series, mainly with GT's but also with open wheelers, prototypes, touring cars, rallye cars, etc.

The aspect of preparation is quite often overlooked in motorsport. This is where the foundation for a succesful event is layed. It involves a multitude of tasks:

If preparation is done well, this will be the most fun part of the job. Depending on the role, main tasks are:
Post analysis
Post event analysis will reveal all the details of what and why was happened during the event. It will show strenght and weakness as it will reveal wich decisions have been correct and where is room for improovement.
During post analysis, we have the possibility to have a deep look into the data, learn if changes worked as expected and draw conclusions on how to improove.
